Data Access
Accessing real estate data feeds, such as those provided by Multiple Listing Services (MLS), typically requires a valid real estate license. Licensed real estate brokers and agents can utilize these data feeds to display property listings on their websites through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) or Virtual Office Websites (VOW).
Before you launch your real estate website, ensure you have completed the necessary data agreements for your corresponding MLS® data feed. Contact our support team if you're not sure which data agreements are needed.
Each subscription plan has access to one MLS® data feed source for a website. However, a data feed source can potentially have multiple data feeds.
For example, members of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) would have access to both an IDX data feed for active listings data, and a VOW data feed for off-market listings data.
