How to Setup a CREA DDF Feed

Real estate professionals, such as realtors and brokerages, can access the CREA DDF (Data Distribution Facility) feed to display listings on their website. The process of setting up a CREA DDF feed is simple, and involves the following steps:

1. Login to your CREA account and create a new Data Feed​

Open the web portal http://tools.realtorlink.ca/Distribution/ and sign in to your local Real Estate Board. Contact your local Real Estate Board if you do not have a login.

Open the Data Feeds page, and click on + Add a Data Feed:

Follow the guided steps to create your DDF feed:

2. Choose the type of Data Feed you would like to create​

Here, choose the option of National Shared Pool from the list of options.

3. Identify who will operate your Data Feed​

Choose I will be engaging a 3rd Party Technology Provider to operate my Data Feed.

4. Select a Technology Provider​

Search for RealtyVis and select Qraft Technologies Inc. as your Technical Provider

5. Please provide the URL for your website​

Enter the Website URL that will display property listings.

Verify the options and click the Review Your Data Feed button to save it.

Both you and our team at RealtyVis will be notified once the CREA DDF Feed is set up.
