Search Listings
Embed an interactive, customizable MLS® property search directly into your real estate website. This is a core component and is a mandatory embed that you need to have in your website for other RealtyVis functionalities.
This component offers multiple layout options, filtering capabilities, and lead capture functionality.
Embed Code
Add the Default Search Listing HTML snippet and script from the RealtyVis dashboard to the page specified by the Default slug for the MLS listing search page input.
You can create other search blocks as needed for different cities or property types, for example.
Configuration Options
Listing Agent
Enable to show only your own listings or only listings from your brokerage. You can also specify to feature your listings or listings from your brokerage at the top of the search results.
Boundaries
The boundaries map allow you to limit the search results to only listings within the displayed map area. Drag and zoom the map to your desired service area.
Use the Polygon map tool to draw a specific niche area page. You can also import GeoJSON and KML data to help create the polygon area.
Boundaries are only applicable to layouts with the interactive map. If you are displaying the Grid or Carousel layouts, the boundaries does not apply.
Address
Show listings within a City, Region, or Community.
Use the street number, street name, street suffix or postal code to show listings with matching address.

Default Sort
Changes the initial sort of displayed listings. The default value displays listings from newest to oldest, but you can set the initial sort to display listings with the highest price, or listings with the largest living areas first.
Display Options
Show or hide each filter element to limit options available to the user.
Lead Capture
Set the number of seconds after using the search tool to force user registration.

Paging styling
- Infinite scroll: Automatically show more listing results as user scrolls down.
- Show more button: Show more listing results when user clicks on the show more button.
