Can we customize your components using CSS?

Yes! You can apply CSS overrides to change the look of each RealtyVis block.

It is possible to create a unique user experience that matches your branding by combining built-in layout options and CSS rules.

MLS​

Do you support the __________ real estate board?

We have integrations with different data source systems for many provinces across Canada.

Refer to our MLS Coverage page for details.

Do you support United States real estate boards?

No, we currently only support Canadian real estate boards.

However, subscribe to our newsletter to get updates on when we expand our coverage to our friends in the south.

Billing​

Do you offer any FREE plans?

Unfortunately, no. We are unable to offer any free plans at this time.

However, you can sign-up for our 14 day FREE trial where you can try out all the paid features. You can cancel at any time using our management portal if you do not wish to continue with our product (although we'd really appreciate if you can let us know the reason so we can continue to improve in the future).

Are your pricing in Canadian dollars?

Yes! We are a small software development team based in Vancouver, Canada. All subscription pricing are in Canadian dollars.

Are there any setup fees, hidden fees or contract fees?

We do not charge for setup fee because 90% of the setup process can be done by you using our management portal. You are free to cancel the subscription at any time using the payment gateway in our management portal.

However, some real estate boards charge technology providers like us a data access fee that is significant enough that we're forced to pass-thru the cost to our customers.

Troubleshooting​

I have added the embed code to my website, but nothing is showing up or an error has occured.

Check the following:

  • Make sure the website domain you have signed up for in your subscription plan matches your current website URL. For example, if your website domain is best-agent.com, you can embed the Listing Search Block in the URL http://www.best-agent.com/search.
  • If you're using a website builder such as Squarespace or Wix, the RealtyVis blocks will NOT be displayed inside their Website Editor under a temporary subdomain such as temp.squarespace.com or editor.wix.com. You must publish the website to the live domain that matches your RealtyVis account.
  • Check if your live website is hosted on a HTTPS, secure connection, and the SSL certificate is valid.
